After years of building traditional prototypes to meet rapid growth, Frisco ISD challenged Corgan to design a new model with an increased emphasis on student and teacher experience. Nolan Catholic High School is undergoing a two-year campus wide renovation including transforming two existing courtyards into beautiful outdoor learning environments that provide new, experiential learning opportunities in arts and sciences. Corgan is designing a new athletic facility, new natatorium, and an IDEA center to promote the district's goal.  Kurt Griesbach The new, two-story athletic facility houses the varsity football team. The Sant'Anna School Pole creates a new centrality that, as a real reference point, constitutes an independent attractive core, in connection with the historic village through the enhancement a light mobility path that touches the main points of interest in Bevagna. The disused school buildings could be reinserted into the system, verified the possibility of securing them for temporary activities and installations, at least in the exterior and front parts. The project proposes the reinterpretation of an enlarged intervention area, in which the construction of the new secondary school building represents the inclusion of an additional pavilion within a large park dedicated to sports and exercise as the main tool for prevention and health promotion. The existing structures, gymnasium and polyclinic, are incorporated into the ground design within a coherent system: targeted earth movements, new plantings and soft design of paths allow to stitch the area from the resulting spaces, restoring a hierarchy that brings back to the center the enjoyment of the outdoor space.
