CASA JEI
Casa JEI is a single-family villa project built in the Mondello neighborhood of Palermo.
The newly constructed two-story villa was designed with clean, minimalist volumes, featuring overlapping architectural elements to create geometric patterns, and a smoky gray element at the top defining its boundary with the sky.
Guido Canalella
The house is divided into a sleeping area on the upper floor, featuring the master bedroom, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
The ground floor houses the living area, featuring a living room/kitchen, dominated by a custom-designed and built central element. This element, in addition to serving as a partial divider defining the internal circulation, can be used for various purposes, such as... More

Villa Uzeta
On the north-western coast of Sicily, Villa Uzeta establishes a discreet, low-density architecture that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
The site is defined by two dominant natural features: a rocky ridge crossing the plot transversely and an olive grove structuring the agricultural landscape. These elements serve as generative matrices for the design, guiding the placement of volumes to preserve sightlines and maintain the agricultural use of the land. The building is organized on a single level, composed of two partially recessed volumes, minimizing visual impact and respecting the scale of the rural settlement.

LFSN house
Set in the historic heart of Mazzarino, a Sicilian town layered with architectural and cultural memory, the LFSN House project exemplifies a preservation-first approach to rural regeneration. Designed by LFSN Architects, the intervention reactivates an abandoned structure while maintaining continuity with the existing urban fabric. Rather than imposing a new form, the architectural volume emerges gently beyond the original façade, asserting a clear but restrained presence within its context.
By reworking the envelope without erasing the past, the project becomes a subtle urban “pop-up”—a vertical and horizontal emergence that renews the site without overshadowing it. This careful modulation fosters a dialogue betwe... More

casa Orizzonte
Located in the Municipality of Avola, a few kilometers from Noto, this splendid residence was born according to the landscape that guarantees a breathtaking view of the Sicilian coast that goes from Syracuse to Portopalo.
As requested by the clients, the design intention was to guarantee always and everywhere, both inside and outside, the view of the sea and the landscape in general.
Arch. Santo di Miceli
The house is divided into scenographic, essential and stereometric volumes that give life to a tangible architectural tension. The three main volumes are clearly differentiated and emphasize the compositional game thanks to the use of materials, the distribution of transparencies, colors and dimensions.

Villa Zoe
This project started with the intention to harmonise the existing volumes in a contemporary key, with particular focus on the enhancement of the external areas. A prior study of the orientation and the solar path and a geometric analysis of the existing structure allowed the maximum employment of the daylight and its dark shades. From an architectonic point of view, the existing volumes, resulting from a “spontaneous” growth of the construction system, have been brought back to a unitary vision through a simple morphological scheme, which is able to re-establish a dynamic balance between simple and readable shapes. The connection with the tradition is possible thanks to the use of local materials and technologies, originally part of the loca... More
