Clair Joie Residence
The current Clair Joie young workers' residence is now outdated. The renovation program includes a complete restructuring of the accommodations, with the repurposing of the space previously used as a cafeteria. All three buildings that make up the residence are being entirely redesigned, both architecturally and technically. Taking advantage of this renovation project, the buildings will also be upgraded from an environmental perspective.

As part of the Dutch government’s emergency law for the realization of housing for Ukrainian refugees, Studio Selva has made a design for 41 dwellings on an empty plot in the village of Eemnes, consisting of 33 modular apartments and 8 prefabricated “tiny houses”. The project is planned to remain here for five years, after which the apartments will be moved to a new location.

A new robust building ensemble designed by Steenhuis Bukman Architecten forms the entrance to the Parkrijk residential area in the south of Rijswijk. These blocks are fittingly named ‘De Entree’ (the entrance). The ensemble includes the Atalantaplein, a green square nestled between these two buildings. This project along with the 18 new manor houses form together the last portion of a larger development where Steenhuis Bukman Architecten has developed multiple plans. The firm was also supervisor for a subarea containing concept houses, with the aim to embed them within the neighborhood. Seamlessly making it part of the overall landscape.

In the heart of the Boschveld neighbourhood, the post-war parish church complete with sacristy, presbytery and walled court used to stand. In the 1970’s, the nave of the church was demolished and replaced by a community school.

SAT | Social Housing in Satzingerweg
SAT is part of the Schichtgründe, a historically prominent industrial area that was reprogrammed in 2013 into a multi-functional city quarter, with housing for 2.000 new residents. TC collaborated with s&s plus Architects and zwoPK Landscape Planning on the development of the master plan for the urban zone.

Over months of careful planning and design, Luneurs have created a landmark by turning this unique building into a community hub. Luneurs Entourage's first level carefully reconstructs the classic details of old, with walnut and marble cabinetry and vintage French furniture reforming the relationship with this unique building. 31 HOUSING UNITS, STRASBOURG
The project is located near the canal that runs through the Danube eco-district. It comprises two volumes linked by bridges, a nine-storey building providing transition with the adjoining tower block, and a five-storey block housing duplex apartments and overlooking a public square. The constituent parts (grid, materials and colour) and the simplicity of the finished look are a reference both to traditional Strasbourg architecture and the atmosphere of ports. All apartments have large loggias that provide exteriors away from the bustle of the Boulevard below. More
