The ensemble revolves around a historic manor, meticulously preserved, while the hotel’s extension has been executed with great restraint. The Karerhof is quietly nestled among meadows and forests, with views of the Latemar and Rosengarten mountain ranges. This sensitive integration into the topography shapes the project and defines its dialogue with the surrounding landscape and the site. The new extension responds gently to the terrain, blending discreetly into the farmstead ensemble and respecting both the existing farm structure and the distinctive natural environment. Not far from Lake Carezza, in the Eggental valley, surrounded by lush larch forests and rugged peaks, lies House Carezza. The landscape here is a true paradise: The colours of the lake and the light of dusk are reflected on the surrounding peaks, offering breathtaking sunsets. The two new wooden houses translate the alpine architectural tradition of farmhouses into the present by combining materials such as wood and stone with modern technologies and reinterpreting the material separation between the upper and lower parts that is characteristic of this type of building.

Child-friendly and sustainable: with Sluderno Kindergarten, Roland Baldi Architects has created a wooden building with a pitched roof, plastered façade and significant windows of different sizes that, with their staggered layout and dimensions, are reminiscent of an child's drawings. Inside, all the rooms can be accessed through the spacious foyer, which is also a welcome, recreation and play area. The group rooms face south towards the recreation areas in the garden. noa* was commissioned by IDM Alto Adige to develop the concept for a new trade fair stand to represent the soul of the South Tyrolean region for the "Berlin Travel Festival".    The pavilion aims to convey the idea of authenticity, quality, nature, sustainability, tradition and innovation: essential points for today's travelers and for modern tourism.   A modular pavilion, quick to assemble and dissemble, in order to easily change location, that carries its stories everywhere and allows guests to get a taste of what South Tyrol is like.
