 The ACT NOW sport studio, located in a new building in Belgrade, combines multiple functionalities in a compact 300 sqm space. Designed to accommodate sports, dance, yoga, TRX training, and a massage room that doubles as a VIP area for personal training, the studio also fulfills the client’s vision of creating a community and event space for lectures and gatherings. This project is a great example of renovating an industrial area into a modern center. Kivsh is a creative space, which has been formed on the place of the shops of the Lviv plant. It was here made a forklift truck with a removable ladle for the first time, hence the name of the project.The complex has combined five vectors: work and partnership locations, sports, beauty and health locations, taste location, educational vector and art places. The project envisages a complete pedestrianization of the interior space, which ensures the creation of a creative cluster where people have a place to communicate. With its small environmental footprint, the design for the new changing rooms and refreshment bar at Daillens sports centre is pioneering and ambitious, despite its modest functional programme. The old municipal changing facilities, dating from the 1970s, had become too run-down to renovate. 20 years after their village center project, AllesWirdGut now completed another gem of communal architecture in the village of Fließ in Tyrol. Within walking distance from the school and the village center, a mountain arena was built for the local soccer club, which includes a tournament and a training pitch, a grandstand, swimming pool, track-and-field, tennis, and trend sports facilities as well as an identity-establishing landmark clubhouse. Fes Aquapark Complex is located in a 10000 square meter site near thermal bath fountains in Fes, Morocco. In the programming phase, we studied Fes vernacular architecture, climate, politics, history, and culture. We focused on the fundamental components of Fes and tried to design by using its characteristic elements. One of the most significant concepts derived out from Fes was the Maze, which refers to the chaotic infra-structure of the city. Another concept which contributed most to the design process was the hybrid character of the Morocco architecture affected by different cultures like Barbarians, Spain and Islamic countries.
