We have a history of more than 30 years. TECO+partners is a firm made up of 6 partners, Luigi Benatti, Carlo Rotellini, Massimo Savini, Patrizio Chiavarini, Martina Iafrate and Francesco Mariani, with a team of 30 collaborators, architects, engineers, designers and professionals to support the design.We design residential, school, sports buildings, offices and production sites in Italy and abroad. We work in Switzerland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Angola, Iran, dealing with different contexts and cultures.We are confronted every day with the ecology of buildings, energy consumption, water management, conservation of green spaces, air quality, soil defence and noise protection.We develop projects with a multidisciplinary approach integrating different skills inside the firm to resolve every design and construction issue.For years we have been developing BIM design to ensure full integration and collaboration between all disciplines and design control at all stages.
