The design task was to complete the reconstruction of the ground floor apartment of 27 m2 in Split, Croatia. The comfort in the apartment within the existing dimensions of 7.5 x 3.6 m is enhanced by inserting a multifunctional box that houses various elements of use, seemingly standard for this type of living space. The project is an interior design of an office designed by WRD Studio on the 12th floor of a well-known real estate developer in Gujarat i.e., Shree Balaji Group at Shree Balaji Skyrise. Dhrumil Panchal The office has an area of around 546 sqft, of which 314 sqft is indoor space and 180 sqft is outdoor i.e. garden space. The starting point of this project in Berlin-Schöneberg was a completely empty living compartment in the front house of a protected historic building, which we re-designed and re-built to accommodate a four person family.   In the hallway an entirely green, room-high built-in furniture element integrates functional elements such as storage space, closet and coat rack. If one walks through it, one arrives at the bathroom. If one goes in the opposite direction, one arrives at the changing room, built in front of the bedroom.
