Faye's Parlour: Original
Faye’s Parlour is located in Changshu, Jiangsu—a satellite city near Suzhou and Shanghai that, despite its proximity to major urban centers, has long lacked a strong foundation for high-end retail. As a women’s fashion boutique, the project was designed as a strategic contrast: bringing top-tier design sensibilities and fashion-forward attitudes into a local market still in formation. The goal was to offer customers a sharp, contemporary spatial experience—without leaving their city.

- The project we received this time is the design for the first store of a young fashion brand. The current status of the project is a typical tube house with a layout commonly found in Saigon with a staircase in the middle dividing the front and back compartments. We decided to move the stairs to one side to bring a seamless experience. More transparent for exhibition space.

When the client approached, they conveyed their desire for furnishing retail showroom that was minimal and exuded simplicity with maximum of display of their samples. The store is this 2500 square-foot retail furnishing space in Vadodara spells discreet elegance and dynamic harmony between its opulent interiors that makes it feel akin. This furnishing retail space is nestled in a commercial building, with constructed concrete column grid. The services like HVAC and plumbing were provided on the site. Located in one of the most developed areas of Mexico City, Scoop arrives to position itself for its flavor and design, as the best ice cream parlor in Santa Fe. This project is inspired by those sensations that pass through our palate when eating ice cream, this is how we interpret a fresh space, with soft shapes and creamy colors, which subtly invites you to take a selfie enjoying your Scoop.
