Federal University of Public Administration
On Friday, 3 July 2026, the campus of the Federal University of Public Administration in Rostock-Lichtenhagen was officially opened. It comprises an academic building and two residential blocks with a total gross floor area of 51,200 square metres. As the buildings are largely timber-frame or modular timber structures – most of which were prefabricated at a factory in Rostock and then assembled on site – the entire construction period took just 24 months. On the day of its opening, it will be the largest modular timber building in Europe.

LSE Robeson House
Robeson House is a landmark, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme developed for the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Situated in South London, adjacent to Burgess Park, the £100 million, 16 storey development is comprised of 676 high-quality cluster flats and studio bedrooms, complemented by a comprehensive range of amenity located across the lower ground, ground, and first floors.

Cube Studios
The Cube Studios apartment building is a shining example of a construction that provides high-quality student accommodation, meeting the diverse needs of its residents.

The project, located in Volos, was designed by architect Antonis Ntovas. It consists of six floors and has a parking space and an underground level. Cube Studios includes 14 apartments ranging from 36 m² to 46 m² each. Four of them are two-story (loft-style), five have two rooms, while five are open-plan.

Consorzio Agrario Aparto Ripamonti
In Milan’s Ripamonti area, the transformation of the former Consorzio Agrario di Milano (Agricultural Consortium of Milan) has given a new lease of life to this 1940s industrial landmark. The adaptive reuse project by Milan-based Park is redefining the conventional approach to student housing. Park has worked with the building's rich historical context to craft an architectural dialogue between past and present. The studio has created a space for over 700 students, where Milan’s industrial heritage serves as the backdrop for innovative ways of living and learning.

Student Accomodation Schönaugürtel
Customized livingThe property is on the edge of the Gründerzeit development in the Jakomini district to the south of Augarten. Characteristic features of this development are perimeter blocks with green and quiet inner courtyards and a homogeneous, imposing appearance on the street side. For the representative front of the building facing Schönaugürtel, a sculptural façade projecting forwards and backwards was envisaged, which guides individual views to the East and the West.
