LSE Robeson House
Robeson House is a landmark, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme developed for the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Situated in South London, adjacent to Burgess Park, the £100 million, 16 storey development is comprised of 676 high-quality cluster flats and studio bedrooms, complemented by a comprehensive range of amenity located across the lower ground, ground, and first floors.

Consorzio Agrario Aparto Ripamonti
In Milan’s Ripamonti area, the transformation of the former Consorzio Agrario di Milano (Agricultural Consortium of Milan) has given a new lease of life to this 1940s industrial landmark. The adaptive reuse project by Milan-based Park is redefining the conventional approach to student housing. Park has worked with the building's rich historical context to craft an architectural dialogue between past and present. The studio has created a space for over 700 students, where Milan’s industrial heritage serves as the backdrop for innovative ways of living and learning.

Residence for Students in Sceaux combines different program uses within a friend, bright and unified architectural whole
Friendly, open, and bright, the diverse program of the Residence for Students in Sceaux by CoBe Architecture et Paysage and SPLAAR brings a new dynamic to the city central district. The project comprises two different programs: 2 nurseries of 44 cradles and a residence of 110 student housing units. The architectural whole unites the program uses while specifically addressing the three surrounding public spaces being Sceaux Station, the western portion of Albert 1er Street, and the footbridge.
