After the first KRUSH-IT fitness boutique was designed in 2016, this second unit aimed to look bolder and more mature, embracing more ventures. The challenge of this project and the main goal was to design a gym that looks as unique as possible while keeping a low budget and still a stylish appearance. Is an upmarket market makeup studio located in New Delhi led by renowned makeup artist Jasneet (Makeup by Jasneet). The client wanted an offbeat yet classy space which reflected her art all that surrounds it. She wanted it away from the usual herd and seek a pop space where interiors translated makeup trends, colours, shimmers and techniques.  For this the design team set out to start off with the story of makeup and fashion meeting interiors.    CONCEPT NOTE The design team started firstly with brainstorming over the makeup and its impact on women today. Ahead of The Hut Group’s landmark 1 Million sq. ft. campus development, The Hut Group needed space to cater for their rapid growth, so PENSON came to the rescue with interim offices to supply THG’s (The Hut Group’s) fast-track expansion. PENSON has delivered two high-performing offices for The Hut Group at Airport City Manchester to aid headcount issues for the interim period, with a further office remaining a permanent fixture for THG’s future presence at Media City, Manchester. This project is about the rehabilitation of a building with original construction dated from the end of the 19th century, with 4 floors and inserted in a plot with 176.80sqm. In a two-family genesis building it was intended to install a multifamily program consisting of 6 studios and respective storage in the basement. The building, kept in its structural and functional skeleton, has in the original staircase a prominent element. From the entry floor to the ground floor was created a new ladder to replace an inoperable one. INTRODUCTION The KALORIAS brand is in a period of rejuvenation. Following the adjustment of its corporate image into a new dynamic and modern design, the placement of a new unit at Forum Montijo translates a new business dynamic. Based on this invigorating impetus, we were proposed the transformation of an old retail store into the new KALORIAS Club unit embed in the new brand concept. It should not be just another gym, however the development of a new image and unique identity replicable in future clubs.
