Tiny Villa
A kitchen island, living room, bicycle storage, garden shed, mezzanine, straight-flight staircase, guest room, bathroom, home office and walk-in closet — it’s all there!
Our client’s ambition was to create a home with a minimal footprint yet a maximum programme. And of course, zero-ready, with a targeted GPR score of at least 7.5.All of this was achieved within a permitted footprint of just 50 m². The result is a clear, sustainable little house with a remarkably generous sense of space.
We can truly call this a Tiny Villa!

Designing a building that fits into the natural context as if it has always been there, harmonizing with the surrounding environment while maintaining modern elements, such as the solarium on the roof and the spacious terrace overlooking the kitchen. This building, located at the edge of the forest, stands out for its use of natural materials and low economic impact, designed to be panoramic yet discreet.
