North Tower

For over a decade, a concrete and steel skeleton defined the city’s landscape, remaining as a suspended promise within the characteristically horizontal urban fabric that shapes Pisa’s skyline. The transformation of the North Tower by ATI Project addresses this very context as an act of urban regeneration, converting a structure originally intended for residential use into a 14-story Business Center. ATRIUM TOWER

The road is filled with commercial buildings on both sides. The site lies on the busy road with a peaceful and large DDA park on the backside. This disparity in the environments in front and backside of the site set the ground for spatial planning.​ While the average height is 3 stories in the locality atrium tower is a mammoth 7 story high tower. Standing out in the skyline of Moti Nagar the tower is visible from nearby localities making the structure a landmark. CasaNova

In the Maritime District, the first triangular tower in the Rotterdam skyline is emerging. CasaNova is a 110-metre tower with an iconic silhouette. The building forms an ensemble with The Muse, the sculptural residential tower by Barcode Architects on the adjacent plot, which was completed last year.
