The road is filled with commercial buildings on both sides. The site lies on the busy road with a peaceful and large DDA park on the backside. This disparity in the environments in front and backside of the site set the ground for spatial planning.​ While the average height is 3 stories in the locality atrium tower is a mammoth 7 story high tower. Standing out in the skyline of Moti Nagar the tower is visible from nearby localities making the structure a landmark. In the Maritime District, the first triangular tower in the Rotterdam skyline is emerging. CasaNova is a 110-metre tower with an iconic silhouette. The building forms an ensemble with The Muse, the sculptural residential tower by Barcode Architects on the adjacent plot, which was completed last year.
