This remarkable structure adds a new architectural brilliant to Riyadh's skyline, reinforcing its reputation as one of the fastest-growing and most luxurious cities in the world.

Riyadh Tower is a multifunctional 59-storey building 23 meters tall and covering a total area of 2,500 square meter. Design to integrate seamlessly within a vertical framework, the tower accommodates residential units, hospitality spaces, offices, retail outlets, and entertainment zones. Each sector is strategiclly arranged to maximize comfor, ensuring smooth access and intuitive circulation for all visitors. 

Develped by Spectrum Architecture, the tower's concept reflects the new standards of contemporary urban living. It is deisgn to foster interaction and social engagement, creating spaces that encourage strong connections across work, leisure, and community life.

From urban planning perspective, civil and structural engineers carefully ensured that the scale and rhythm of the tower align harmoniously with the architectural and spatial character of the surrounding neighborhood.

Riyadh's rich cultural heritage and its ambitious global transformation served as key inspirations, for the tower's design. The form color pallete and spatial configuration reflected local motifs, drawing influence from Saudi Arabia's desert landscape and rocky terrain.
