The project implements a clearly structured ensemble of coherent yet differentiated buildings, taking various requirements into account as far as possible. Market Greenway envisions San Francisco’s Market Street as a continuous linear park linking Van Ness Avenue and the Ferry Building. Proposed by Honglin Li and team for the Market Street Reimagined competition (ULI SF, Civic Joy Fund), the scheme stitches native plantings, rain gardens, and urban forests into the corridor to cool the street, manage stormwater, and restore habitat. Movable pavilion canopies form flexible civic rooms while keeping pedestrians moving. Bocceria is a temporary urban installation created for the event ZOOincittà – urban installations in the historic center of Cuneo, a public art exhibition organized by the cultural association Art.ur. The intervention introduces a bocce court as an ephemeral spatial device, designed to be quickly assembled and dismantled without permanently altering the public ground. The structure is entirely made of raw wooden planks assembled without fasteners, forming a continuous perimeter frame laid directly on the ground. CONCEPT Healing Island is a project for renovating a hidden neglected green space located next to a central parking lot in Burgas, Bulgaria. The project was commissioned by Burgas Municipality and developed within the frame of the GoGreenRoutes EU-funded project. The area around Vilnius Plaza is a mixed use development situated in Lithuania’s capital city. The development area enjoys direct visual links across the Nerris River to the Gediminas Castle Tower, one of Vilnius’ main historical attractions. To the south, the development abuts the Plaza to Vilnius Cathedral. The site, during the soviet era, was home to the City’s main football stadium which has since become unused and derelict. The residential area to the north with its tightly-knit pedestrian network connects the site back into the Šnipiškės neighborhood.
