The project is located between the scenic shape of the Køge Highway and the circular infrastructure of Køge University Hospital. The construction has been developed in close collaboration with the client and it houses the Danish headquarters of the pharmaceutical company CODAN, and has office facilities for the company’s ownership group, the supporting administrative secretariat and the Danish distribution department. Fresh & Frozen, a leading company in Bulgaria specializing in temperature-controlled grocery warehousing and distribution, collaborated with IPA – architecture and more to design one of the largest temperature-controlled warehouses in the country.  The new logistics base covers an area of 9,500 sqm. The main building features a one-story volume for storage covering an area of 6500 sqm, along with a two-story administrative area spanning 3000 sqm.
