Year: 2017Location: ValdiviaDesigned surface: 177.12 m²Clients: Bibiana and EstebanDesign team: WINTERI Architects The location is nourished by the dramatic and wonderful view of the wetlands and Valdivian forest typical of the area. From this majestic environment, a volume begins to be designed, which revolves around two themes: the view and the quest to maximize sunlight. D-P House

Year: 2018Location: ValdiviaFinal surface: 118 m2.Owners: Daniel and VanessaDesign Team: WINTERI Architecture & Planning  The project is located in Valdivia, a city known for intense rain and humid weather. Its surroundings and topography are contextualized with the climate, so that the intense vegetation and shades of green surround it, leaving only a clear space that opens the view towards the wetlands and the Cruces river. Under these conditions, a house was sought that does not impact the environment and that blends into the intense vegetation, maintaining fluidity and the interior-exterior connection without being knocked down by the wind. To keep the house immersed in the context, wood paneling and large windows are used. More
