Refurbishment of an attic
The attic in the multi-family house in the Old Grunwald district was adapted into the modern and functional flat and work studio. The initial attic space was characterized by various heights of the rooms (some of them very low) and with preserved beautiful wooden ceiling and floor. The places with low ceiling were converted into a bedroom area, these with high came into existence as a kitchen, a dining room and a workspace. All rooms are multifunctional and every room enables view through the whole attic. The way the rooms were arranged, that is the lack of a corridor and an openly situated kitchen allows to compose the functionality of the studio accordingly to the daily needs of its user. Less than 60 square meters apartment was arranged in a modern and functional way. You can see here the influence of Scandinavian aesthetics - white, gray and natural light wood dominate in a bright interior, interestingly enriched with slightly industrial decorative accents. Attention is drawn to the composition of wooden lamellas, creating an openwork wall prepared for mounting the TV. Another decoration of the seating area is the wallpaper with a flowery pattern on the wall behind the sofa. Due to the limited color scheme, the strong pattern did not dominate the interior.... More

The firm sought a new space that would support its commitment to openness, collaboration, and excellence while allowing for the flexibility and efficiency that modern legal practice demands. The Hague Town House
The refurbishment of the townhouse is characterized by the custom-made kitchen and the bathroom on the top floor. Using the existing lowered part of the old kitchen, the new kitchen stands as a large block in the middle of the space between the lower part and the normal floor height, where there was first a wall with the closed kitchen in the lower part. On the side of the dining table, the kitchen has an unusual height which leads to the advantage of a clear view over the kitchen and the possibility to sit on the large stainless steel worktop. Florist Nontiscordardime
An old gas station on the boundaries of the city to distribute fuel after a long journey or for who had to leave for somewhere.
A skinny architecture, transformed into a macro advertising signs. Still performing its function as a distributor, no more fuel, but of poetry and emotions.
The renovated building is located in the city of Reggio Emilia, on the main traffic street of the city, in a residential area.
This area has the connotation of commercial axis, over time has become an urban fabric for the relationship between citizens.
Like all buildings in this climate zone has to respond to the need for good quality waterproofing, thermal insulation and solar shading.
