House MM has been for “STARCHBP Studio” a challenging project. Located close to the “Montelletto”, the prominence of the area between the municipalities of Montebelluna and Caerano di San Marco, as an offshoot of Montello, the project has archaeological and landscape restrictions.

Winning concept by bernardo bader architekten for the new O@S BAU headquarters revealed
In response to the aging condition and cramped spaces of the Oberhauser & Schedler Bau (O&S BAU) headquarters in Andelsbuch, Austria, the civil engineering company commissioned four renowned architecture offices to develop a new base with office, warehouse, and workshop uses that are responsive to the company’s administrative and logistics infrastructure, as well as the surrounding urban context. The practice of bernardo bader architekten was ultimately selected as the winner.

For its latest South Tyrolean realisation, noa* returns to Hubertus in Olang, one of the first places to have revealed the studio's expressive power. After the iconic cantilever pool, a new suspended platform defies gravity law by overturning the concept of wellbeing.

When noa* designed the cantilevered swimming pool for Hubertus in 2016, the studio envisioned it as a rock stranded between earth and sky. In 2019 a new assignment was granted to the architects, the design of a dedicated wellbeing extension.
