House in Wrocław
The house in Wroclaw was quite a challenge for us - a big limitation was the unusual, irregular shape of the plot, and the location of the entrance - the access to the building is located between existing buildings, so we had many obstacles when designing.

Padiglione WWF Oasi Cave Noale
The site is located on the border of the Naturalistic Oasis of Cave di Noale, an area of approximately 40 hectares inserted in an agricultural landscape fragmented by residential urbanizations.

The oasis is the result of the abandonment of clay excavation activities in the early seventies. The subsequent filling of the quarries by rainwater and water coming from the aquifer and Draganziolo river, led to the formation of numerous ponds with variable depths, which was followed by the formation of a flourishing vegetation and the colonization of the area by a moderate number of animal species (birds, fish, amphibians).

Fire Station and Cultural Centre Hittisau
The Vorarlberg community of Hittisau’s newest civic building is located on a former gravel pit between a forest and a steep ravine overlooking the Subersach River. The unconventional combination of functions in one building, an easily justifiable practice in smaller settlements, is the central theme explored in the design. While the fire station is embedded in the sloping terrain and aligned along the road, the wooden cuboid of the cultural centre levitates above it; its glass facade opening towards the village centre.
