Athenian Patchwork

Set within the dense urban fabric of Pagkrati, a neighborhood known for its creative energy and eclectic character, this apartment renovation transforms a typical polykatoikia unit into a home that balances quiet elegance with bursts of personality.Designed for a young family of three, the project carefully walks the line between restraint and expression. The main living areas are intentionally understated: a muted palette, clean geometries, and timeless furniture pieces create a calm, adaptable canvas. These spaces are meant to evolve over time, inviting layers of artwork, objects, and memory to take root and grow organically. Oyoung Nail Salon

Rather than a salon that can be seen everywhere, we focused on a space that gives new value to customers who visit nail salons.  We hoped that it would be a non-daily space where customers could refresh even only for the amount of time, they sit in the nail salon.  DongGwan Yang We thought that non-daily space was a space where we could feel nature away from the daily life of city. By allowing customers to experience the uniqueness and unfamiliar of nature, it can provide a new value as a space where they can rouse their daily life. DongGwan Yang The space where we were asked to do interior design, about 40 square meters, is surrounded by roads on both sides, and has two entrances to the south and north. Also, three of... More

Moradores

A “public house” that features a restaurant, an artistic display, and a community gathering place. Moradores describes itself as a “public house” composed of a restaurant, art exhibition, and a meeting point for the community, within a nearly 100-year-old house that is one of the few survivors of the evolution of a representative neighborhood in downtown Toluca. This architecture demanded to be rescued from oblivion, bringing light and life back to what was once a family home, and transforming it into a space for the community. Zaickz Moz Zaickz Moz It is located in the 5 de Mayo neighborhood, just a few meters from Zaragoza Garden and the old Toluca beer factory, an area that was characterized by its hig... More

Seville Penthouse

The flat is located in the Remedios neighbourhood in Seville. It is a penthouse with a large terrace that is definitely the main feature of the project.  The refurbishment of the dwelling seeks to recover the potential of the space and the natural light, as before the intervention the flat was dark and very partitioned. To achieve this, it was necessary to enhance the indoor-outdoor connection, placing the terrace at the centre of the operation. The predominantly daytime rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen) were unified along the main façade. In this way, the terrace is presented as a spatial and visual extension of the dining room and living room to the outside through two large wooden sliding doors. Angeles Molina... More

The Furniture House

The assignment consisted in the refurbishment of a small flat located in the historic centre of Seville, with a surface area of 55m2. Angeles Molina Angeles Molina The need of the clients to create a new space containing two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room posed a major challenge. The external façade of the building is in front of a small square facing south, so the spaces most used during the day were turned towards it. Angeles Molina In contrast, the night-facing spaces are located around the interior courtyard. With the main objective of achieving flexible and open-plan spaces, an intermediate space is used as a hinge, which will sometimes be used as an office, sometimes as a guest bedroom with a... More

niu Coliving

NIU (nest in Catalan) evokes the creation of community within the space where one lives. This 4-level building with 54 housing cells is not a traditional residential project, it applies a model designed to share and cohabit in spaces created in search of developing human activity for a new generation of citizens who are looking for a place that gives them a sense of "belonging". The conceptual axis of the project is to generate complete habitable cells (a fully furnished space with a bathroom, kitchen-dining room, closet, bedroom and living room with all the services included) that allows its inhabitants to have privacy and independence in a building that favors belonging to something bigger: a community of diverse people, who share compat... KHAR GYMKHANA

The scope of the project was the refurbishment of the pool area and its adjoining facilities at the Khar Gymkhana in Mumbai. Though an opening up of the adjoining café and extending areas of the cafe into the pool area, the proposal recalibrates the working of the space, integrating the entire space into one larger whole. The aesthetic of the proposal takes both geometric and colour inspiration from the Memphis Design Movement, where individual elements are characterised by colourful decorations, featuring asymmetrical shapes and geometries and accompanied by a multitude of seemingly jarring patterns at different scales. The impact of the movement finds focus in both the flooring, as well as certain spatial aspects within the caf&ea... More
