betec Leuchten Manufactur is a German lighting manufacturer that specializes in the production of exclusive lighting fixtures since almost 40 years. Every light is 100% handmade and manufactured near Munich. The company is well known for its picture lights. The Clarus picture light is well known amongst its art and design appreciating clientele and received the German Kunstschutz (Protection of Art). It was developed in 1978 by Horst Lettenmayer for “the Paintings House” in Munich. Even today, the founder and chief designer Horst Lettenmayer allows Architects and Designers to be part of the design process, with customized lights made to order.
