Flaviano Capriotti Architetti
FLAVIANO CAPRIOTTI ARCHITETTI is a multidisciplinary design studio in
architecture, interior design and product design. The studio is based in Milan.
Flaviano Capriotti is active in residential and hospitality design since 1998. Flaviano was
awarded with the XVIII Compasso D'oro “Young Design Prize” in 1998 with the project
“Lo Spazzino” developed in collaboration with Kartell.
Flaviano designed and directed the projects of the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts chain on
behalf of Citterio Viel and Partners from the birth of the hotel brand project. In particular
he designed the Bulgari hotels in Milan, Bali, Tokyo, London, Beijing and Shanghai.
He designed the restaurant Rivea of Alain Ducasse in London, and the W Hotel in St.
Petersburg, Russia.In 2006 Flaviano started his own independent business by designing
luxury residences in Italy and abroad. In 2015 he designed the Mio bar and the restaurant
VUN Andrea Aprea, two Michelin stars restaurant at the Park Hyatt hotel in Milan. Other
ongoing projects are a university student residences and in Lugano, and a luxury
residential project in Italy and abroad. Flaviano cooperates with major Italian furniture
brands. From the year 2015 Flaviano Capriotti is lecturer at the Tsinghua University in
Beijing, at the Domus Academy of Milan and at the Politecnico di Milano.
