The office's work is characterized by an experimental search for the specific constructional form. Lighting, space and the building body are examined based on the architectural concept and developed further using work models, resulting in a unique architecture form matching the location with a high spatial quality: The focus is on people with all their senses and emotions.

The projects of Peter Gronych and Yvonne Dollega have received multiple national and international prizes, among others the iF award 2016 and a nomination for the DAM Award for Architecture in Germany 2017.

"The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design" and "The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies" honored the projects: "Live + Work – Hauserberg" and the revitalization "Solms Castle" with the GREEN GOOD DESIGN Award 2017.

In 2018 and 2019 they won the “International Architecture Award”, a world-renowned architecture prize that honours the best architecture of a year, as well as the “Architecture MasterPrize” (formely: American Architecture Prize).
