Maria K Hawkins, Assoc. AIA is a graduate of Northeastern University, Boston where she earned a Master of Architecture, and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, cum laude, in Design.
She founded Mkbstudio based on the experiences and passion for architecture that has been refined while contributing to projects and completed works in the North East United States including Massachusetts, New York City and New Jersey; as a humanitarian architect in Egypt; and as a senior consulting designer in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Mkbstudio is now in collaboration with Joan Puigcorbé, PAAS Architecture, Barcelona Spain.
Maria is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects.
