Nelson Pine Industries ltd (NPIL)

NPIL manufactures two engineered wood products; GoldenEdge MDF and NelsonPine LVL. All of our wood comes from sustainably managed radiata pine plantations in the Nelson Tasman region of New Zealand. A consistent supply of high quality local wood allows us to produce these important products for local and international building markets. Using renewable radiata pine, our products can construct multi-storey buildings out of LVL, and fill them with panels, floors and furniture made of MDF. All of our products are manufactured at our single-site plant in Richmond, Nelson.
