Unifarco has recently completed its main headquarters, a true architectural gem, with the primary goal of embracing environmental sustainability and reducing energy impact. This company, founded and managed by pharmacists, is renowned for producing high-quality cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and dermatological products, operating not only in Italy but also in Germany, Spain, France, Austria, and Switzerland.
Located in the province of Belluno, Unifarco’s new HQ stands out for its imposing structure that adheres to rigorous environmental standards and actively engages in safeguarding the local ecosystem. A tangible example of this commitment is the exterior of the building, made of trees fallen during the Vaia storm of 2018, demonstrating a concrete dedication to environmental protection.
Unifarco’s sustainability initiatives do not stop there. The collaboration with Newfloor has led to the installation of over 1,000 square meters of raised access floor with panels type G30AAK: calcium sulphate core with 30 mm thickness and 60×60 cm size, density 1,100 kg/m³, bottom side in aluminium sheet and top covering in ceramic Marazzi Block, colour Grey. A design solution that adds a touch of elegance to the building and also contributes to maintaining a comfortable and sustainable working environment.
The choice of the S-lock System substructure to ensure the stability of the floor is further evidence of attention to detail and commitment to quality and durability. These are steel columns glued to the ground with self-centering gaskets, capable of correctly positioning the overlying panels and maintaining alignment of the joints over time. With this cutting-edge headquarters, Unifarco demonstrates its leadership role in the industry not only for the quality of its products but also for its responsible and future-oriented vision.
