nota is an architectural design studio founded in Shanghai in 2014.
nota, a word taken from Latin, generally understood as musical notes or annotations, stands here for the perspectives or visions of the architects, who design just as what musicians or directors do through scripting. It’s not the notes that make music, rather it’s the nota in-between.
The architectural design and research at nota are based on multi-disciplinary perspectives. We offer each project unique values and life by our adaptive thinking, consistent efforts and scientific methodologies. Our nota cover design and research projects in Architecture, Interior, Urban Environment, Graphic, and Product. Project types are diverse but specialises in Historical Building Renovation, Boutique Hotel, Cultural Architecture, and Supreme Interiors.
