Founded in 2000, TREND Group is the world’s leading full-body glass mosaic, gold mosaic and Venetian enamel designer and producer with an ongoing Research and Development focus that manages 3 brands: TREND, TREND Transformations and Orsoni. The company has demonstrated a unique ability to synthesize the essential principles of Italian tradition with the dynamic creativity of today’s most celebrated designers, architects and artists while maintaining a commitment to environmental concerns and cultural vibrancy. On the one hand, TREND actively supports the contemporary art world, is a leading member of the Intrapresae Collezione Guggenheim Association, and funds the biannual Orsoni Prize for International Mosaic Art. On the other, the company moved early and aggressively to reduce the ecological impact of its processes and products. Production is designed to consume fewer raw materials and energy resources, to recycle otherwise wasted materials, and to increase the natural durability of its inventive applications. TREND Group boasts production and assembly facilities spanning across three continents and operations in more than 55 countries, and is currently distributing more than one million square meters of glass mosaic tile and 800,000 square meters of agglomerate surfaces per year.
