We are working with new techniques of LED facades, with the ability to see the outside from the inside and, being transparent, promoting natural light. From the outside, the façade will be an extraordinary means of communication.
We will use this technique to build the new Arquia headquarters on Reyes Católicos Avenue in Burgos. The intention is to cover the entire 8x5 m (3+5)x5 m façade with a screen that is constantly moving, emitting messages. Messages from Arquia, or whatever Arquia wants.
As it is necessary to enter the premises and have an ATM on the façade, the façade-screen will be 5x5 m at street level and the rest of the screen will be cut up containing these functions. From the street it will be seen as a single image.
The premises is elongated, from the street to a landscaped courtyard behind. It is conceived as a longitudinal, empty space, with a strip of services on one side where the staircase, elevator and warehouses will be integrated. In the final, expanded space, a multifunctional space will be located. And where necessary, more private spaces will be created.
It is as simple as that.
