The Dada House at Spiegelgasse 1 in Zurich, a dynamic, contemporary cultural venue, is being built at the birthplace of of Dadaism.
The project deals with the spatial required infrastructures in the form of precise implants into the listed building fabric. The concentration of the fixtures liberates the four rooms, sets them in relation to one another and frees these transitory-ephemeral spaces from permanent installations. The structural intervention is reduced to the three elements and opens up the stage in the for Dada in the four main rooms.
