Fase 19 is located in the lush heart of Coral Estate. Here, everything revolves around tranquility, simplicity and harmony. The villa was thoughtfully designed to blend with the surrounding landscape. The client's main wish was clear: to create a space where indoors and outdoors enhance each other.
The architecture follows the lines of the terrain. White, black and grey stucco, Ibiza stone and meranti wood come together in a restrained, modern expression. Large glass openings frame expansive views and create a constant connection with nature.
Subtle transitions, maximum experience
The strength of the design lies in its simplicity. No excess, no visual noise. Every space breathes openness and light. The horizontal lines of the villa emphasize its position on the sloping landscape. Indoor areas flow effortlessly into terraces and patios.
Natural stone, plaster and wood bring warmth and softness to the sharp geometry. Everything is designed around experience, from the first step inside to the view from the master bedroom.
