Toronto-based contemporary lighting design and manufacturing brand, VISO Inc., continues its impressive string of projects in the world of luxury hospitality by design-engineering a full custom lighting solution for the award-winning FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel (formerly Viceroy Hotel).

Working closely with the team at internationally acclaimed design firm, Yabu Pushelberg, VISO designed-engineered and manufactured numerous chandeliers, light pendants and lamps that can be found throughout the hotel and its grounds.

Beautiful brass Dandelion chandeliers were created for the lobby area, giving the space an openness and natural beauty while custom globe pendant clusters hang in the common bar area.

VISO also design-engineered custom hotel lighting fixtures, including bedside lamps and room-number wall sconces, as well as desk and floor lamps. The restaurant in the hotel features large custom light pendants and floor lamps utilizing innovative brass materials and design that gives an edgy, industry feel to the chic and inviting space.

As the preferred lighting solutions provider, VISO designed and manufactured lighting for both the interior and exterior of the hotel, further establishing itself as a global player in the custom hotel lighting industry.

A project of this size and scope poses many challenges in relation to lighting.
