İzmir Bornova Öğretmenevi located in Bornova, İzmir in Turkey. Project is a competition project, which was in 2021, managed by National Education Foundation. It is an educational building and intended to be used as an accommodation area.

İzmir Bornova Öğretmenevi has a great opportunity about location. It is located in a district that is quite. In front of the area, there is a green area. Moreover, in terraces and facade organization of the building, mostly green can be seen. Modernist approach and environmentally effects considered together and can be seen on the facade organization.

Öğretmenevi is a kind of accomodation area belongs to the government. That is why functions are similar with the hotels. There are multi-functional halls, lobby, terraces, balconies, rooms for two people, family suits and technical rooms.
