Das Loft House Projekt ist eine heikle zeitgenössische Ergänzung zu einem bestehenden Ferienhaus. Die bisherigen Wohnbereiche waren beengt und dunkel, ungeeignet für eine wachsende Familie. Mit einer sauberen, minimalen Farbpalette schafft der neue Anbau ein größeres Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern, einem geräumigen Arbeitszimmer und mehreren Gartenbereichen.

Strategically placed windows open the house to the courtyard and garden. In the living area, glass forms an elegant separation between the ceiling levels and the interior walls, creating a feeling of lightness and space.

Refined palettes of materials and colors subtly refer to the origins of the house and at the same time preserve a clear, minimalist interior. The interior brick walls are painted white in continuity with the monochrome color palette and are reminiscent of the brick walls of traditional country houses. In the bathroom, the texture of the white tiles is reminiscent of brick and contributes to a contemporary approach to traditional materials.
