Welcome to the “House of Love and Art”, a distinctive residential penthouse situated on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. This one-of-a-kind home was designed for a private family with a profound appreciation for art and bespoke design.
The owners, passionate art collectors, envisioned a home that would not only reflect their deep appreciation for art but also seamlessly integrate it into their everyday living environment.

The project, designed and executed by ZEROTWOCENTO Studio from Dubai, is an
exceptional fusion of neoclassical elegance, art deco sophistication, and a bold vibrancy of pop art touch. The result is an interior that captivates both
visually and emotionally, offering a space full of warmth, uniqueness, and character.

The unique journey thorugh the House of Love and Art unfolds in the entrance foyer, where an exquisite Italian chandelier, glowing like a sculpture hanging from the ceiling. In any remarkable interior design, the first impression is crucial, and it begins the moment one steps inside, with the entrance creating that unforgettable ‘WOW’ factor that leaves a lasting impact on every visitor.

Elements of artdeco and neoclassical interior design are carefully considered and perfectly blended to shape an outstanding entry experience to the penthouse.
This stunning two-floor penthouse welcomes you with sweeping views of the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf, instantly captivating you with its breathtaking 360-degree panorama. The tranquil sea and vast sky of Saadiyat Island have shaped the design, allowing the natural beauty outside to flow seamlessly into the vibrant, colorful art-filled interior. Penthouse turned to a space that feels both like a personal sanctuary and an art gallery.

As you move through the house, you are greeted by an expertly curated collection of artworks from internationally renowned artists, spanning Italy, Portugal, and Lebanon, which add depth and character to each space. These collections, primarily composed of contemporary limited-edition pieces, are thoughtfully incorporated into the design, transforming the home into a living gallery. Beyond the art collection, the house features iconic and timeless furniture pieces from celebrated artists and luxury brands such as Nada Debs, Hicham Ghandour, Fornasetti, Boca do Lobo, Illulian, Edra, and London Art, among others.
We used the impressive double-height walls as a display of large-scale
artworks. This feature transforms the living room areas into an evolving art
gallery, bringing the owners vision of an art-centric home to life in a grand and engaging way.

Once stepping into dining room, the black-and-white checkerboard custommade
rug establishes a bold and timeless foundation for the space.
Paired with plush blue velvet chairs, the dining area creates a refined contrast that
combines luxury with comfort. Neoclassical elements, such as the ornate soffit and marble surfaces, add a sense of grandeur while maintaining a clean and sophisticated appearance. Each piece has been selected not just for its aesthetic appeal but for its contribution to the overall harmony of the design. The inclusion of the precious handcrafted marble sculptures introduces a modern and playful touch, pushing the boundaries of traditional design. Antique mirror accents reflect light and enhance the perception of space while giving an elegant classic touch.

Sculpture plays a pivotal role in the art collection, in particular human faces and
figures in sculpture captures the essence of humanity—its beauty, fragility, and
strength. These pieces go beyond mere decoration; they communicate a narrative,
evoking a connection between the viewer and the art through some familiar forms.
You can see multple of human head figures around the house, even on some of the
furniture from Boca do lobo. One of the key design objectives for the penthouse project was to introduce a sense
of playfulness without compromising its overall sophistication. for instance, in the
guest bathroom, the bold and visually striking pop-art wallpaper from the capsule
collection by LONDONART adds an unexpected, avant-garde touch. Created by
renowned artists Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, this “Luxury Shit”
collection challenges conventional design norms. The wallpaper injects a playful energy into the space, balancing the contemporary
feel with the more classic elements of the interior and furniture. Its provocative and vibrant imagery transforms the bathroom into a statement piece, providing a unique blend of humor and luxury.

The kitchen features an Italian-made, neoclassical design, equipped by a locally custom, professional-grade handmade hood, bringing both luxury and functionality to the space. The neoclassical foundation of the space is given a funky, eclectic touch with the inclusion of Art Deco-inspired dining chairs by Fornasetti for the family dining. This thoughtful addition softens the formality of the kitchen area, creating a balanced environment that blends sophistication with a more relaxed and chilled family-friendly atmosphere.
For the master suite, the client requested a semi-classical French aesthetic in the
bathroom, achieving a refined, elegant space with clean lines and sophisticated finishes. Adjacent to this, the open, artistic closet introduces a more contemporary and creative element, breaking the traditional feel of the room. This contrast between
classic and modern design ensures the space remains elegant yet functional,
reflecting both personal style and practical needs.
