The location, on the highest point of an island outside of Stockholm, motivated a building which enhanced the fantastic view. The cantilevered upper floors rest upon a fundament and creates a minimalistic volume constructed with a concrete core and steel structure. With large surfaces of glass the building glows like a lantern when darkness falls.
