This construction has been built in the historic center of Tours. It has three 20m2 levels. The whole building has a wooden structure and all pieces are assembeled to avoid using any metallic pieces. All the pieces of wood have been designed by ingeneer in order to get a dry, clean and quick construction.
The distribution is quite simple and can be red from the outer elevation : ground floor : living room and kitchen first floor : main bedroom and bathroom second floor : two little bedrooms.
Strait stairs do the distribution between the levels
All materials have been chosen in order to integrate as much as possible in the old disctrict and the house is very discreet.
