This project consists of the conditioning and adaptation of the industrial buildings next to the company 'Toque', on which they want to expand their production.

We want not only to adapt this relevant environment of the urban center of Novelda but also the creation of a brand image for a centenary company, which exports botanicals and spices around the world.

Born at the end of the 19th century, the company maintains strong links with local Modernism. The facade is a small tribute to the memory of the place, present in the iconography and the natural elements of its offices. The recovery of the elements of local Modernism is presented as a garden. A green space for the city.

The main façade of the longitudinal nave has been treated with special interest due to its state of semi-ruin, a new glazed and conditioned space to house the vegetation of the products which 'Toque' works with.

In this project, green areas, vegetation and a careful treatment of the existing party walls of the adjacent old houses have prevailed. The lighting has also played a crucial role allowing us to value this infrastructure at night.

Likewise, the environment is presented open. We renounce its building out of respect for the place, aware of the representativeness of a generous space like this has for the city.
