Located in one of the most desirable areas, 300m from the beach, we designed a 500 square meter villa.

The basis of the project was the use of sustainable materials, such as lime and cork plaster.

A unique house, with a large heated swimming pool, in an area surrounded by nature, following the slope.

Inside, from the underfloor heating, supported by highly energy-efficient heating equipment, also supported by photovoltaic panels, it will create a special comfort, which is what we want from a house of this size.

One of the main features of the house is the opening of the openings towards the interior of its walls, creating a genuine connection with the outside.

In terms of materials, we chose Panoramah frames, sustainable plasters from Diasen, and solid Nordic pine wood.
