Architectural and interior design project of a two-level house with garden and garage in the basement. From a rustic structure, part of a two-family complex, built about thirty years ago and never completed, we have designed a refined, elegant and contemporary home with ecological materials and maximum energy efficiency for zero-impact living.
The ground floor is an open space where the living room, dining area and kitchen develop in an uninterrupted path around the central block, which serves as a service hallway.
The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom overlooks a terrace through a full-wall sliding French window. It is equipped with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
