In a small neighbourhood in the forest of North Brabant, Villa LP has settled in nature.
The concept of one linear volume combines living and working under one roof. Through the glass fronts, you feel as you are sitting in the nature. This feeling is intensified by the high and slim fir trees around the house. You imagine yourself to be standing on different land.
Out of Respect for Nature
On the north side, where you enter the property, you will find the office, which is separated from the living area by a patio. In the south, the big, covered terrace enlarges the living area towards the nature.
Privacy
The vertical slats create privacy and subtly unveil the interior of the house when you walk by.
Sustainability
The villa is energy neutral and generates its own energy by means of the solar panels installed on the flat roof. In the summer, the big canopy protects the villa from the sun. In the winter, the low sun helps to warm up the inside spaces.
