Atelier ZZ (in Chinese means On-Construction Architecture Studio) was founded in Beijing by Zhang Bo and Zhang Qingfan. They love traditional paintings and Chinese garden, this nourishing their design imagination. They are trying hard to bring traditional space feelings of garden and painting to architecture design work.
Although they usually design very small project，like small house in an alley in the old district of a city or a home interior of a residential building, the traditional mood brings new feelings for the design, and they attracted great attention from the academic world and the public.
