IFA group | Kamil Domachowski

IFA, as an Innovative Architectural Company, was founded in 2014 by architect Kamil Domachowski, although the roots of the architectural group date back to 2007. Currently, the team consists of 10 people who work closely together. IFA strives to collaborate in the creation of innovative and individual projects. Function, dreams, emotions, design - a project is an idea that binds all of these elements together. We create forms through synthesis, trimming unnecessary values, and try to find the essence of things without unnecessary additions.

The design process begins with a conversation with the investor, understanding the context of the space, ideas, working on a model, and ending with work on the computer, which is the final stage of the project.

Our architectural studio has a lot of individual houses, including award-winning ones and also public buildings - “The House in Gdynia” among others. This project has been nominated for The Best Architectural Object of 2020 - 24 edition of the competition “Polish Cement in Architecture”, organized by International Union of Architects.

“Zosia’s House” won the III prize of The Association of Interior Architects for The Interior of 2023 in the category of private interiors. IFA group won a distinction in the SARP’s competition for The New Pavilon of The National Museum in Warsaw (2022). Kamil Domachowski appeared in publications such as LABEL. Addicted To Design, in article entitled “ 50 Polish talents that are worth knowing” in 2014.
