PRESYSTEM® Roller shutter is an integrated system to properly connect the wall with the window frame, ensuring the continuity of the whole window system; it is highly energy efficient and it also ensures air and water tightness and adjustment of the level of moisture permeability, in order to avoid the formation of condensation and mold.


This window system ensures accurate production cost quotes and lowers building costs, combining serial production with full customisation options. PRESYSTEM® Roller shutter is highly efficient in terms of energy and maximises thermal and acoustic performance.

Technical specifications PRESYSTEM® Roller shutter consists of insulating sides in extruded polystyrene (XPS) and fibre-cement, high-density box, insulated cover and an under sill panel with thermal break for insulating all four sides of the window. Designed to house roller shutters in aluminium, steel, extruded material, pvc and wood, either motorised or manually operated, this product is also available in the innovative CLICK SERIES, for ultra rapid and easy assembly. PRESYSTEM® Roller shutter comes in numerous variants, to suit the type of masonry and position of the window frame. Moreover ALPAC offers complete technical and design assistance for the development of bespoke models, to meet the specific needs of each building site.
