The building is part of a larger operation conducted by architects Brochet-lajus-pueyo. It is facing a park on its south, and positioned along a boardwalk along the water.
The hexagonal shape of the building provides longer sun exposure to the facades and gives views between the neighboring buildings. On each floor are located three or four apartments on a usual rectangular layout. The remaining spaces are turned into terraces and balconies.
The building is finished with white brick, all the terraces are build and finished with local pinewood.
