A luxury complex was inaugurated on the outskirts of the city of Fier, in its northern part. Fier (in Albanian Fieri) is located 100 km from the capital Tirana, and yesterday, as today is one of the largest industrial centers of the country.

This investment wants to be a new landmark for the city; a reference point for citizens, for those who stay for business, and for occasional visitors.

This project represents an opportunity for the development of the whole territory.

The project stems from the redevelopment of a pre-existence. Two unfinished reinforced concrete skeletons, where the property decided to invest to make it a unique city location.

The main request of the client was to have a complex that had the main façade totally glazed, minimizing the surface of the fixture.

We studied a glazed system that accompanied the curvature of the existing building, creating a shape that recalls the Shed openings of the factory roofs.

From the static point of view, the glasses are designed to be placed one against the other and are held together only by the structural silicone.

The complex has a 4-star hotel, with 8 luxury rooms, a bar-restaurant, a minishop, administrative offices and toilets,

The restaurant project is set up with a series of suspended greenhouses of prismatic shape, through which the time of catering is reconciled with nature.
