CentralNic is a leading provider of internet infrastructure services to a worldwide community. CentralNic was in the process of relocating their workplace and intended to reimagine their office by creating a contemporary workspace that centralises collaboration at work. The IT company acquired a 3,600 sq ft office in Central London, designed to encourage flexibility among employees. CentralNic approached us to plan and manage the upscaling of their workplace - entrusting us to create a stylish work environment.

CentralNic's new workplace is spread over multiple floors, with the disconnected workspace providing the ideal domain to provide a flexible work environment in addition to a dedicated break out space where staff can socialise. Ultimately, the contrast between work and play has been immersed through the addition of the break out space - creating a workplace that offers an inviting and comfortable hub for employees.

Among the biggest challenges on this project was reassessing the position of the workstations - with the aim of moving all work areas to a single location. As a result, we incorporated a variety of private and collaborative meeting areas within this one-floor, subsequently providing CentralNic with a balance between individual and community work.

Overall, CentralNic's workspace embodies modern work practices. And a distinct shift to more collaborative work styles reflects the company's forward-thinking ethos.
