The project Danube Flats is a residential highrise building under development since 2012.  It is located at the central spot of the urban development zone, high rise area of the donaucity in the 22nd district of Vienna. Approximately 600 apartments on the waterfront of the Danube will offer fantastic views.  The building will be the tallest residential tower in Austria. Danube Flats will set new standards in architecture, service and quality of life.

In addition, the new location with the excellent transport network will be beneficial, including direct access to the subway, direct motorway connection, connection to the Vienna bicycle network.  The Danube Island is Viennas biggest recreational area and invites to numerous activities. 

The project is under construction since 2020 and will be finished in 2024.
