Our KUMS-Kayseri International Furniture Palace project, which was awarded in the International Property Awards 2017-2018 “Award Winner Retail Architecture Turkey” category, is located on the Northern ring road of Kayseri Kocasinan district.
The KUMS project is a building group consisting of structures such as Shopping Center, Business Centers, Workshops, Construction Market, Fuel Station, Hotel and Trade. The Project Area consists of a closed area of 900.000 m² in total on a 1.350.000 m² land.
The construction process of the workshop buildings has been completed and it consists of 380.000 m² closed area. The workshops consist of 750 workplaces. The Shopping Center structure, which currently has a closed area of 302.000 m², has been completed. It includes Shops, Entertainment areas, Fastfood areas, Restaurants, Children’s playgrounds, Banks and consists of 600 stores.
The project studies of the Hotel and Business Center structures have been completed and are being prepared for the tender process.North of the project area, which has very strong land data, is the Northern ring road, high-speed train connection line and Nuh Naci Yazgan University. In the west, there is a connection road located on the same axis as the intercity bus terminal and the Bedded State Hospital. In this respect, it is located at a very advantageous point for intercity transportation.
Considering these data, the shopping center structure was planned in the area close to the northern ring road and it was ensured to reach the building from 4 main axes. A hotel, a business center and a DIY market are planned in the area just to the left of the shopping center by placing the workshop structures fed by the inner roads in the southern part of the land. The whole of the building can be noticed over the Kayseri Ankara Sivas ring road.
